Shipping Information

Our primary method of domestic shipping is through UPS Ground and occasionally by USPS. PLEASE REVIEW THE UPS SHIPPING ZONE MAP PAGE TO ESTIMATE THE SHIPPING TIME. All orders received during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of submission. Discount shipping will be applied at the time of order processing and may not be reflected at the time of order submission.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) and leaves our facility, RelyAid Tattoo Supply is no longer responsible or liable for loss, theft, damage, or delivery delays.

For orders shipped to commercial, business, or shared locations, delivery is considered fully completed once the carrier delivers the package to the premises or receives a signature from front desk personnel, mailroom staff, receiving departments, or authorized representatives.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure they are present, authorized, or have made appropriate arrangements to receive their package at the designated address. RelyAid Tattoo Supply is not responsible for internal handling within third-party or commercial facilities, nor are we liable for package non-receipt resulting from changes in employment status, workplace conduct, or termination prior to or following delivery.

Orders using P.O. Box numbers or home addresses will be subject to verification prior to processing and shipping and will entail additional charges.

All orders submitted that cannot be verified as working, established industry professionals will not be fulfilled. We take great care in confirming that we are providing products to professionals only. If you are not currently affiliated with a professional studio, please do not place an order.

Orders placed outside of the 48 continuous states will require additional shipping and will be subject to local and international shipping laws. Several products that we offer cannot be shipped via air transport or are subject to import restrictions. Please consult with local customs law and regulation prior to placing orders. Orders placed without regard to these regulations will not be fulfilled.
